I value my clients and strive to guarantee a legitimate and reliable schedule. To ensure all clients have the opportunity to book and receive services with as much lead time as possible, I uphold the following cancellation policy: •Cancellation Window: Please provide at least 8 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client, and allows others to make your ideal appointment time available to you. •Late Cancellations: If an appointment is canceled within 8 hours of the scheduled time, a 25% cancellation fee of the total service cost will be applied. This ensures that I do not need to assume the worst in the beginning by requiring a deposit fee when you book instead. •No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will also result in a 25% charge of the total service cost. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I will do my best to accommodate changes whenever possible. However, I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting my cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible to avoid any fees.
