Cancellation Policy
I operate from a private, air-purified studio inside Envy-Us Nail Salon. If you have scent sensitivities, please let me know in advance so I can accommodate you!
I value my clients and strive to maintain a reliable schedule. To ensure all clients have the opportunity to book and receive services with as much lead time as possible, I uphold the following cancellation policy:
• Cancellation Window:
Please provide at least 8 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer your appointment time to another client and ensures availability for everyone.
• Late Cancellations:
If an appointment is canceled within 8 hours of the scheduled time, a 30% cancellation fee of the total service cost will be applied. This policy allows me to avoid requiring a deposit fee at the time of booking.
• No-Shows:
Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will also result in a 30% charge of the total service cost.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I will do my best to accommodate changes whenever possible. However, I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting my cancellation policy.
